About the role

  • Lead the paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok and new channels)
  • Be responsible for meeting CAC targets (with a defined cap) and the volume of registrations coming from paid media
  • Manage and develop the team, including a media buyer and development support (CRO)
  • Drive the channel diversification strategy, reducing dependence on Meta and expanding into new fronts
  • Plan and allocate budget across channels based on performance and scaling opportunities
  • Partner with the creative team to define testing frameworks and iterate on creatives
  • Lead the reactivation of Google Ads and the launch of new acquisition channels
  • Monitor and report key metrics such as spend, CAC, ROAS and channel-level performance
  • Conduct continuous analyses and propose optimizations across the acquisition journey

Requirements

  • Strong experience in paid media, with work beyond Meta (multi-channel)
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and making data-driven decisions
  • Experience in leadership or people development
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization and evolving acquisition funnels
  • Experience planning and allocating budget across channels
