About the role
- Lead the paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok and new channels)
- Be responsible for meeting CAC targets (with a defined cap) and the volume of registrations coming from paid media
- Manage and develop the team, including a media buyer and development support (CRO)
- Drive the channel diversification strategy, reducing dependence on Meta and expanding into new fronts
- Plan and allocate budget across channels based on performance and scaling opportunities
- Partner with the creative team to define testing frameworks and iterate on creatives
- Lead the reactivation of Google Ads and the launch of new acquisition channels
- Monitor and report key metrics such as spend, CAC, ROAS and channel-level performance
- Conduct continuous analyses and propose optimizations across the acquisition journey
Requirements
- Strong experience in paid media, with work beyond Meta (multi-channel)
- Proven track record of managing budgets and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in leadership or people development
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization and evolving acquisition funnels
- Experience planning and allocating budget across channels
