About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement IPM’s Accounting System in municipal public-sector organizations
- Follow business rules and address client requirements
- Work with Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls
- Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments
- Configure the system according to identified requirements
- Ensure data quality and security
- Deliver training to system users
- Guide users on available operations and functionalities
- Monitor the implementation process
- Troubleshoot issues and answer questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of legislation and public-sector standards applicable to Public Accounting
- Knowledge of Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls processes
- Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and financial management software
- Availability for frequent travel
- Qualifications compatible with the position
