About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct technical demonstrations of the systems, presenting features, differentiators, and practical applications with a commercial focus
Perform technical analyses of tender documents in public procurement processes, assessing feasibility of compliance
Carry out compliance analyses in public procurement processes
Work in partnership with the Commercial and Bids & Contracts teams, providing specialized technical support on public management systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or degree in a field related to the business domain of operation
Practical experience in at least one area of public administration (e.g., Human Resources, Accounting, Tax, Fiscal, Health, Education, Procurement, Asset Management, among others)
Strong communication skills and ease with in-person or videoconference presentations, with a clear instructional/presentation style
Knowledge of technology and digital transformation
Willingness to travel
Emotional intelligence to work on proofs of concept under pressure
Experience with software demonstrations or technical presentations is a plus
A valid driving license (Category B) is a plus
Experience with public management systems is a plus
