About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement the IPM Health system at municipal public bodies, following business rules and client needs (Assessment and Regulation, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Primary Care, Health Care Assistance, Optimized Management);
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
Parameterize/configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features;
Monitor the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and addressing questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Health or Technology;
Knowledge of public health legislation and routines;
Ease with technology / technological proficiency;
Availability for frequent travel.
