About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement the IPM Supply System at municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements – tenders, purchases, contracts, inventory/warehouse, asset management, and fleets.
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments.
Configure the system according to the gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security.
Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features.
Support the implementation process, resolving issues and clarifying doubts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience with public tenders and public procurement, typically acquired in the public sector or in companies that work with public bids.
Comfortable with technology.
Willingness to travel frequently.
