About the role
- Implement IPM's HR systems in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as: Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Time and Attendance (Electronic Clocking), Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others
- Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments
- Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
- Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features
- Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and clarifying doubts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Knowledge of public legislation and regulations applicable to the field (HR/Payroll)
- Experience with HR/Payroll software
- Willingness to travel frequently
