About the role

  • Implement the IPM Supply System in municipal public entities, following business rules and client requirements — procurement/tendering, purchases, contracts, inventory, fixed assets, and fleet management.
  • Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments.
  • Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security.
  • Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features.
  • Monitor the implementation process, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Experience with public procurement and public-sector purchasing, typically gained in government or companies that work with public tenders.
  • Comfortable with technology and new systems.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
