About the role
- Implement IPM’s HR systems at municipal public organizations, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Time & Attendance, Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others
- Analyze processes and system functionality, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments
- Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
- Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features
- Monitor the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- Knowledge of public-sector legislation and regulations applicable to the area of operation (HR/Payroll)
- Experience with HR/payroll software
- Availability for frequent travel.
