About the role

  • Implement IPM's Accounting System at municipal public agencies, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as: Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Accountability, and Internal Control;
  • Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments;
  • Configure the system according to the gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
  • Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features;
  • Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing user questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
  • Knowledge of public sector legislation and regulations applicable to this area (Public Accounting), including routines such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Accountability, and Internal Control;
  • Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software;
  • Availability for frequent travel.
