Implement IPM's Accounting System at municipal public entities, following business rules and client needs, covering routines and areas such as: Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Accountability (Prestação de Contas), and Internal Control;
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities;
Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing questions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
Knowledge of public legislation and standards applicable to the area of Public Accounting, with routines such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Accountability (Prestação de Contas), and Internal Control;
Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software;
Availability for frequent travel.
