Implement the IPM Accounting System in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments
Parameterize/configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities
Support the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing questions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Knowledge of public sector legislation and standards applicable to this area (Public Accounting), including routines such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control
Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software
Availability for frequent travel
