About the role
- Implement IPM's Supply System in municipal public agencies, following business rules and client requirements — covering tenders, purchasing, contracts, inventory/warehouse, asset management, and fleet.
- Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments;
- Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
- Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities;
- Monitor the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and addressing questions.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience with public tenders and public procurement, typically gained in the public sector or in companies that work with public bids.
- Comfortable with technology;
- Availability for frequent travel.
