About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and evaluate non‑agriculture market opportunities for Bulk RTP across targeted sectors.
- Prioritize opportunities in industries such as food processing, protein and poultry processing, industrial manufacturing, recycling, and automotive supply chains.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to uncover new Bulk RTP applications.
- Generate, qualify, and advance a strategic pipeline of Bulk RTP opportunities.
- Engage prospective customers, distributors, and industry partners to validate use cases and commercial potential.
- Position Bulk RTP solutions to replace wood bins, metal containers, and single‑use packaging.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to assess product fit, specifications, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Support decisions related to production location, capacity, and operational readiness for new markets.
- Contribute to new product and application development efforts.
- Support go‑to‑market strategies, including product positioning, customer targeting, and commercialization plans.
- Monitor competitive offerings, pricing trends, and emerging technologies in reusable and plastic packaging.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align business development initiatives with company growth objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market development within reusable transport packaging, plastics, or industrial packaging.
- Strong understanding of bulk RTP applications and conversion opportunities from wood, metal, or single‑use packaging.
- Proven ability to identify emerging markets and build strategic pipelines.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and product development.
- Strong market analysis, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate independently while driving strategic growth initiatives.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
