Key responsibilities & impact

**Mission:**
Your mission is to be the analytical brain of our operation, turning data into intelligence and insights into strategies to ensure increasingly efficient, predictive, and profitable logistics. You are the architect who designs the future of our logistics efficiency.
**Activity:**
Focus on Analysis and Strategy:
Development of Strategic KPIs: Create, manage, and evolve the area's performance indicators (OTIF, Logistics NPS, Cost per Delivery, etc.), ensuring they reflect the business strategy.
Root Cause Analysis and Predictive Modeling: Lead investigations of performance deviations, not only identifying causes but building models that predict and prevent future issues.
Fleet Sizing and Planning (S&OP): Lead the fleet sizing process, creating scenarios that balance cost, risk, and service level, and actively participate in S&OP meetings.
Feasibility Studies and Benchmarking: Conduct studies to evaluate the viability of new technologies, processes, and operational models, comparing them with market best practices to keep Ipiranga at the forefront.
**Focus on Optimization and Tools:**
BI Tool Development: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI that translate complex data into visual, actionable information for managerial decision-making.
Automation and Scripting: Use VBA, Python, or SQL to automate processes, streamline analysis routines, and increase team productivity.
Optimization of Logistics Levers: Lead the analysis and implementation of logistics levers (linearization, scheduling, etc.), measuring impact and ensuring the sustainability of gains.
**Focus on Customer and Commercial:**
Performance Management with Customers: Lead performance meetings with strategic customers, presenting results, analyzing deviations, and designing joint action plans to improve service levels and optimize cost to serve.
Selling Logistics Services: Structure and "sell" to customers the benefits of logistics levers (e.g., night delivery, scheduling), demonstrating efficiency and service level gains with data.
Interface with Commercial Team: Act as a strategic partner to the commercial team, providing analyses for prospecting new clients that fit the network efficiency profile and supporting the development of commercial proposals with appropriate service attributes and logistics costs.
**Focus on Processes and People:**
Process Design and Improvement: Map, design, and optimize area processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategy.
Governance and Documentation: Ensure governance of data and processes, keeping documentation up to date and accessible.
Technical Reference and Training: Serve as a technical reference for junior/mid logistics analysts, training them on new tools, processes, and analysis methodologies.

**Technical Competencies**
**Advanced Excel and Power BI:** Full mastery, including data modeling, DAX, and creation of complex dashboards.
**Programming Languages:** Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is a strong plus.
**Logistics Systems (TMS/WMS):** Experience with transportation and/or warehouse management systems, focusing on data extraction and performance analysis.
**Agile and Continuous Improvement Methodologies:** Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum, or Kanban.
