About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Marketing procurement category, developing sourcing and negotiation strategies for agencies, events, media and production.
Lead negotiations and manage contracts with national and international suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance and cost optimization.
Coordinate hiring for corporate events, ensuring deliverables meet schedule, scope and budget.
Control the category budget, perform financial analyses and monitor savings KPIs.
Work in partnership with Marketing, Legal, Finance and other departments, supporting scope definitions and procurement processes.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards and legal requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
Experience in strategic procurement, preferably within Marketing.
Knowledge of: sourcing, contract management, compliance, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Coupa and Excel.
