About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map potential clients and identify new B2B business opportunities;
  • Prospect new markets and develop strategic relationships with clients (hunter);
  • Present customized solutions and new negotiation channels according to client needs;
  • Manage the entire BID process (for existing and new clients), including:
  • Analysis of tender documents;
  • Conducting kick-offs with internal teams;
  • Managing the workflow and coordinating activities among the involved areas;
  • Requesting cost estimates and defining technical scope together with Engineering;
  • Technical discussion of the proposed solutions;
  • Requesting financial simulations (IRR and NPV);
  • Consolidating information with the Pricing team;
  • Preparing technical and commercial proposals (presentations);
  • Act as the focal point for communication between internal teams during the BID process;
  • Seek the best commercial terms to ensure competitive and viable proposals;
  • Implement proposals and submit them for approval in the system.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Previous experience in B2B commercial roles with a focus on prospecting (hunter) and managing large accounts;
  • Experience with BID processes and analysis of tender documents;
  • Experience managing technical and commercial proposals;
  • Knowledge of project financial structuring (IRR, NPV);
  • Strong ability to coordinate and build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Analytical capability to develop competitive solutions;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Valid driver's license (CNH category B).
