About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be responsible for commercial activities with Urban Reseller clients in your area of operation (State of Tocantins)
Negotiate and implement the company's marketing strategy
Create value for resellers, contributing to their loyalty to the Ipiranga brand and maximizing margin and volume results
Prospect new clients and expand business opportunities
Visit Ipiranga network service stations to provide strategic consulting
Analyze and assess Ipiranga station staff customer service
Analyze and pursue collection of station delinquencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in commercial/sales roles and/or in the fuel industry
Experience in field work (visits, negotiations, prospecting)
Clear and assertive communication
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Organization, discipline and an ownership mindset
Analytical thinking and a results-oriented approach
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity to deal with demanding clients
Basic knowledge of commercial performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience with management tools/CRM systems
Negotiation techniques
Ability to develop action plans and interpret performance data
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
