About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Align and maintain constant communication with internal departments to ensure the efficient completion of daily physical and fiscal inbound operations.
Review and verify documents, such as inbound invoices and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Validate and submit documents to the Finance department, focusing on timeliness and data accuracy to support meeting payment deadlines.
Extract, update and maintain databases for monitoring operations, data flows and performance indicators.
Perform cash provisioning to ensure due dates and agreed payment terms with suppliers are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some experience in trading operations, preferably with oil products.
Experience with fuel import and export in maritime and road transport modes, including demurrage and loss control.
Knowledge of physical and fiscal inbound processes.
Familiarity with fiscal/tax documents and ERP systems.
Understanding of financial flow and provisioning.
Clear, objective and assertive communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Organized, with critical thinking and attention to detail.
Proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with data analysis tools and Power BI; knowledge of CTRM systems is a plus.
Fluent English (written and spoken); intermediate to fluent Spanish is desirable.
