About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategy and direct the Pró-Frotas commercial team in the Minas Gerais (MG) and Espírito Santo (ES) region, ensuring performance through client retention and new business expansion.
- Directly manage 5 consultants (both hunters and farmers) located in MG and ES;
- Manage performance metrics including volume, reactivation, expansion, delinquency, NPS and other fleet market opportunities;
- Analyze the opportunity funnel, cascade targets and follow up with the team;
- Identify performance gaps and propose recovery/action plans;
- Support teams in complex negotiations and coordinate internal resources to achieve and accelerate results;
- Develop, plan and execute the regional business plan;
- Report results to management/directors;
- Work in synergy with other commercial coordinators within the Pró-Frotas management team;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: fleet management, payment solutions and managing high-performance teams.
- Soft skills: decision-making; organization and planning; strategic vision; influence and relationship-building; results orientation; negotiation skills;
- Technical skills: B2B sales management; CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics); knowledge of pricing strategy; intermediate Excel and Power BI.
- Education: degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
