About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align with Business, Commercial, Procurement, and Marketing teams to design briefs and capture, document, and translate the business problem to be researched and solved;
- Develop structured diagnostics with short- and mid-term action plans and influence on long-term strategy;
- Identify deviations and drive the development of action plans that positively impact company results;
- Promote the democratization of data and encourage the use of data as a decision-making tool.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, etc.).
- Proven experience in data analysis, solving business problems, and creating executive-level presentations.
- Strategic thinking, clear and fluent communication, strong analytical and logical skills, autonomy and proactivity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python is desirable.
- Must be available to work in a hybrid model (4 days in the office and 1 day remote) in São Paulo, SP.
