Key responsibilities & impact

Act strategically in building regional sales planning, improving decision-making accuracy through collaboration with teams to maximize commercial performance and ensure alignment with regional objectives.
Work in an integrated manner with cross-functional teams, fostering synergy and collaboration in developing regional sales forecasts.
Analyze sales behavior by region, considering seasonality, events, and demand fluctuations to support sales forecasting.
Evaluate the sales plan at different levels of granularity, incorporating regional specificities and contributions from integrated teams.
Monitor daily sales performance, identifying patterns, deviations, and proposing adjustments.
Generate analytical insights and strategic presentations for leadership and regional teams, focusing on performance, projections, decision-making, and business opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: Knowledge of business KPIs—margin, volume, market share, etc.; understanding of planning-cycle fundamentals (S&OP, IBP); data analysis experience.
Technical skills: Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; ability to create executive-level presentations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
