About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the internal reference for Hypermarket sites within Ipiranga.
Analyze and transform strategic information to maximize value generation.
Ensure agile and efficient operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis: collect, process and monitor metrics and performance KPIs such as volume, margin, mix, financial data, market statistics, trends and customer information.
Perform result analyses for financial closing.
Create and update dashboards to track performance.
Prepare sales forecasts.
Monitor outstanding balances and support collection activities.
Collaborate with other departments to manage and track customer orders.
Develop and maintain value-driven relationships with hypermarket clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial areas, planning, performance or related functions.
Soft skills: organization, ownership/proactivity, initiative, teamwork and critical thinking.
Technical skills: advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Education: degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or Statistics.
