About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with strategic clients and developing the Ipiranga Empresas value proposition;
  • Responsible for serving clients in the agribusiness, freight transport, passenger transport and other B2B segments;
  • Develop the market in line with the tactical plan for the region;
  • Responsible for contract management, negotiation of renewals and ensuring committed volume;
  • Identify business opportunities in the region and offer solutions aligned with customers’ needs;
  • Request and obtain technical scope estimates from engineering and discuss specific cases;
  • Consolidate market information together with pricing;
  • Lead account BIDs within the area of responsibility, from the tender to the proposal, coordinating with Ipiranga’s internal teams;
  • Capture market insights and present them to the company to help develop innovative agribusiness solutions;
  • Visit accounts and prospecting leads.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferred experience in the B2B segment; ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations for leadership;
  • Soft skills: critical thinking, problem analysis, conflict resolution, time management, resilience;
  • Technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); ability to analyze numerical data, logical reasoning and strong mathematical skills; accounting and financial knowledge;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields required; postgraduate studies are a plus;
  • English is a plus.
