About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review approved negotiations and inform the commercial team of the documentation required to contractually support the transaction;
Review received documentation, assessing any outstanding issues and risks;
Manage the contract workflow by identifying the departments that need to be consulted on a case-by-case basis, organizing and gathering required information, and clarifying issues with the commercial team;
Support internal stakeholders by addressing questions and participating in meetings and alignments with Business Management teams as needed;
Draft contracts based on the correct interpretation of negotiations, consolidating information collected throughout the process, and prepare contracts for signature via an electronic signature platform;
Manage the contract registration workflow, monitoring archiving requests, the operation of automation systems, and relevant indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: Preferred experience in issuing, drafting, and managing contract workflows;
Soft skills: Interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and agility;
Technical skills: Knowledge of Contract and Real Estate Law is preferred;
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (completed or in progress).
