About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for issuing Ipiranga's commercial contracts
- Analyze approved negotiations, indicating to the commercial area the required documentation
- Review received documentation, assessing any pending items and risks
- Manage the contract workflow, organizing the necessary information
- Support internal stakeholders, answering questions and participating in meetings
- Draft contracts, consolidating the information collected
- Manage the contract registration flow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: Preferred experience in issuing, drafting and managing contract workflows
- Soft skills: Interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, agility
- Technical skills: Knowledge of Contract Law and Real Estate Law is desirable
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, completed or in progress
