About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring account balances and cash flow projections managed by the treasury
Executing payments for cargo and general expenses as requested by Trading Ipiranga and Iconic
Sourcing quotes and executing foreign exchange transactions and hedges
Preparing reports to monitor currency spreads and cash flow management
Settling derivatives and managing information flows with the CSC
Providing information for accounting reports and month-end closing routines
Monitoring internal controls
Administration of offshore accounts – maintaining records, approvers, and KYC
Monitoring hedge accounting controls and programs
Managing documentation for transactions and financial products
Bank relationship management for contracting and supporting the structuring of financial products for Trading

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in finance and treasury
Knowledge of Trading operations
Knowledge of derivatives and hedging
Ability to manage and safeguard information
Ability to prioritize tasks
Monitoring deadlines for transaction settlement and close
Ability to work under pressure
Excel
Programming (R or Python) considered a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
Advanced English
