About the role

  • Support the monthly accounting close, ensuring data consistency and alignment with business units and the holding company;
  • Interface with multiple internal and cross-functional teams to ensure the flow of information and prepare consolidated management reports/materials for decision-making;
  • Assist in preparing monthly and weekly presentations for the board, including financial and operational KPIs;
  • Financial modeling: ability to create and interpret financial models, evaluate sensitivity scenarios, and develop short- and long-term projections;
  • Conduct detailed analyses of EBITDA, financial result, and net income, identifying significant variances and their impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of corporate finance, controllership, performance analysis, and budget management;
  • Familiarity with building financial models and scenario projections;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, ThinkCell, and PowerPoint) and experience with BI tools.
