About the role

  • Strategic Management and Process Improvement: Analyze, design, and refine operational workflows, seeking automation and efficiency to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track, control, and analyze operational data and forecasts to ensure business targets are met.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Act proactively to identify issues, simulate scenarios, propose alternatives, and prevent operational crises.
  • Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to trainees and peers, serving as the team's point of reference in the absence of immediate management.
  • Vendor and Cost Management: Manage costs, control eligibility criteria, and negotiate with vendors to optimize resources.
  • Executive Communication: Present high-impact analyses and recommendations to leadership, influencing strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis (Excel, Power BI; SQL or similar tools is a plus).
  • Ability to structure, clean, and organize databases for analysis.
  • Experience with dashboard analysis.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data (Big Data experience is optional).
  • Experience with performance indicators (KPIs), operational and logistics metrics.
  • Ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in data.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to build hypotheses and validate results.
  • Critical thinking applied to understanding root causes and impacts of problems.
  • Proactive in proposing new metrics and improving processes.
