About the role
- Provide support to retail businesses, aiming to improve performance through the implementation and execution of the retail model and strategy;
- Execute best practices for products and marketing levers;
- Support internal teams in day-to-day activities, acting as a channel for clarifying doubts and achieving business objectives;
- Monitor sales performance (Sell Out);
- Analyze the performance dashboard to create action plans aimed at boosting business performance and profitability;
- Serve as an ambassador and primary multiplier of the Execution Plan at points of sale (POS);
- Act as the regional focal point for support of marketing products, promoting the connection between marketing and the retail network;
- Drive national promotions and guide points of sale regarding material deployment, customer approach and execution of actions;
- Monitor and support marketing-led activities that may take place regionally.
Requirements
- Availability to work in the states of Espírito Santo (ES), Minas Gerais, Pernambuco and Bahia;
- Experience in commercial/sales roles servicing customer portfolios;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related fields;
- Valid driver's license (category B);
- Negotiation skills and ability to execute strategies at the point of sale (POS);
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Willingness to travel;
- MBA is a plus.
