About the role

  • Map, review and standardize corporate processes and critical operational routines across departments.
  • Support governance of the management model, monitoring KPIs, action plans, targets and the management rituals of the VPs.
  • Prepare and consolidate executive-level materials for Ipiranga's Board and Vice Presidency.
  • Facilitate and support forums, management rituals and cross-functional alignments.
  • Perform data analysis, consolidate information and extract insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous demands with clarity, prioritization and structured tracking and documentation.
  • Support corporate projects, company-wide integrations and the operational excellence agenda.

Requirements

  • Experience in Management, Process Management, Strategy, PMO, Quality, Change Management or related areas.
  • Clear communication and the ability to synthesize information.
  • Strong organization, prioritization and execution discipline.
  • Systems thinking and an analytical mindset.
  • Maturity to work with senior leadership.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and a collaborative attitude.
  • Flexibility to handle change and multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Power BI (desirable).
  • BPMN, SIPOC, Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa and other continuous improvement tools.
  • Knowledge of goal-based management, KPIs and process governance.
  • Basic knowledge of project management and PMO.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience in complex or large-scale corporate environments.
  • Previous experience with management models or corporate governance.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as OKR, Balanced Scorecard, VSM (Value Stream Mapping) or risk management.
  • Previous experience with SAP Signavio.
