About the role
- **Mission:**
- Support of systems related to Digital Products, focusing on stability, fixes, and identifying improvement opportunities, with the goal of delivering the best experience for the end user.
Requirements
- **Prerequisite:**
- Experience in systems support, performing troubleshooting in environments, log analysis, code analysis, environment testing, monitoring alert analysis, recurrence analysis, Postman, data gathering and automations.
- Experience in systems support, performing troubleshooting in environments, log analysis, Postman.
- **Soft skills:** Organization, empathy, resilience, proactivity, communication, and enjoying challenges.
- **Technical skills:**
- Knowledge of Java;
- Knowledge of programming logic;
- Knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQL;
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile processes;
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence;
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog;
- **Education:** Degree in Technology or related fields.
