About the role

  • **Mission:**
  • Support of systems related to Digital Products, focusing on stability, fixes, and identifying improvement opportunities, with the goal of delivering the best experience for the end user.

Requirements

  • **Prerequisite:**
  • Experience in systems support, performing troubleshooting in environments, log analysis, code analysis, environment testing, monitoring alert analysis, recurrence analysis, Postman, data gathering and automations.
  • Experience in systems support, performing troubleshooting in environments, log analysis, Postman.
  • **Soft skills:** Organization, empathy, resilience, proactivity, communication, and enjoying challenges.
  • **Technical skills:**
  • Knowledge of Java;
  • Knowledge of programming logic;
  • Knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQL;
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile processes;
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence;
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog;
  • **Education:** Degree in Technology or related fields.
