About the role

  • Provide support to retail operations, seeking to improve performance through the implementation and execution of the retail model and strategy
  • Implement best practices for products and marketing levers
  • Support internal teams in day-to-day activities, acting as a point of contact for clarifying doubts and achieving business objectives
  • Monitor sales performance (Sell-Out)
  • Analyze the performance dashboard to develop action plans aimed at improving business performance and profitability
  • Serve as ambassador and primary promoter of the Execution Plan at points of sale (POS)
  • Act as the regional focal point for marketing product support, fostering the connection between marketing and the retail network
  • Support national promotions and guide POS on implementation/placement of materials, customer approach, and execution of activities
  • Monitor and support marketing-led activities that may occur regionally.

Requirements

  • Availability to travel within the state of São Paulo
  • Experience in Commercial/Trade Marketing, managing client portfolios
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields
  • Valid driver's license (category B)
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience executing point-of-sale strategies
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • MBA is a plus.
