About the role
- Act strategically to strengthen organizational culture, promoting engagement, alignment and a sense of belonging through clear, consistent and inspiring internal communication, as well as designing and executing corporate events that reinforce the organization's values and objectives.
- Plan, develop and execute the internal communications strategy, ensuring coherence with the company's positioning, culture and business objectives.
- Create and manage content for different internal channels (Workvivo, email marketing, newsletters, announcements, campaigns, digital displays, corporate networks, etc.).
- Support culture initiatives, organizational change and employer brand management.
- Plan, organize and execute internal events (in-person, hybrid or online), such as leadership meetings, institutional campaigns, internal marketing activities and commemorative dates.
- Develop and monitor employee engagement and experience initiatives, proposing innovative actions and measuring results.
- Support leadership in building narratives, key messages and communications materials.
- Manage vendors and partners (agencies, event producers, platforms, designers, etc.).
- Define and track communication and engagement indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Communication, Internal Marketing (Endomarketing), Organizational Culture or related areas is a plus.
- Solid experience in Internal Communications, Internal Marketing (Endomarketing), Corporate Events or Employee Engagement.
- Experience in medium to large corporate environments.
- Experience managing events and internal campaigns.
- Desirable experience in organizational change or culture projects.
- Strategic communications planning skills.
- Content production and curation.
- Event management (from concept to execution).
- Knowledge of internal communication channels and tools.
- Understanding of branding and organizational culture.
- Analysis of engagement indicators and metrics.
