About the role

  • Provide support to retail operations, aiming to improve performance through the implementation and execution of the retail model and strategy;
  • Implement best practices for products and marketing levers;
  • Support internal teams on a day-to-day basis, acting as a channel for clarifying questions and achieving business objectives;
  • Monitor sales performance (sell-out);
  • Analyze performance dashboards to create action plans aimed at enhancing business performance and profitability;
  • Act as ambassador and primary advocate of the Execution Plan at points of sale (POS);
  • Serve as the regional focal point for support of marketing products, promoting the connection between marketing and the retail network;
  • Engage national promotions and guide POS teams on materials placement, approach, and execution of activities;
  • Monitor and support marketing activities that may take place regionally.

Requirements

  • Experience in the commercial area serving customer portfolios;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields;
  • Valid driver's license (category B);
  • Negotiation skills and experience executing strategies at the point of sale;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Advantage: MBA.
