About the role

  • Provide support to retail operations, aiming to improve performance through the implementation and execution of the retail model and strategy;
  • Implement best practices for products and marketing levers;
  • Support internal teams on a day-to-day basis, serving as a point of contact for clarifying questions and achieving business objectives;
  • Monitor sales performance (Sell-Out);
  • Analyze the performance dashboard to develop action plans aimed at improving business performance and profitability;
  • Act as an ambassador and primary promoter of the Execution Plan at points of sale (POS);
  • Serve as the regional focal point for marketing products, facilitating the connection between marketing and the retail network;
  • Drive national promotions and guide points of sale on material activation, customer approach, and execution of activities;
  • Monitor and support marketing-led activities that may occur regionally.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial/sales roles managing customer portfolios;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial/Marketing, or related fields;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Negotiation skills and experience executing in-store strategies;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Preferred: MBA.
