About the role

  • Responsible for full control of activities related to Trading operations, ensuring correct execution of operational, financial and accounting processes involved;
  • Prepare, analyze and reconcile financial and management statements, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information;
  • Perform variance analyses, identifying causes, impacts and proposing corrective actions;
  • Support monthly accounting close, interacting with the Shared Services Center (CSC) to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables;
  • Monitor and validate accounting entries, provisions, adjustments and reconciliations of main balance sheet and income statement accounts;
  • Act as a support point for internal departments, providing technical support and clarifying queries;
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes and internal controls;
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, including matters related to SOX compliance;
  • Participate in the accounting design of new company operations, assessing impacts, risks and compliance with applicable standards;

Requirements

  • Solid experience in controllership or accounting;
  • Knowledge of P&L, cash flow, cost accounting and bank reconciliation;
  • Knowledge of derivative instruments, familiarity with IFRS and CPC standards;
  • Experience in Trading (differential);
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts);
  • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented and proactive profile.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance (differential)
  • Advanced English (required)
