About the role

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring civil works, AmPm and Jet Oil franchises, branding/image, SASC (Underground Fuel Storage System) and SAAC (Aboveground Fuel Storage System) activities at retail fuel stations and in B2B operations.
  • Supervise construction works and manage contracted companies (schedules, measurement spreadsheets, project documentation, investment analysis).
  • Request purchases of equipment (pumps, tanks and others) and image/branding elements for stations and B2B clients.
  • Support the commercial team to facilitate negotiations.
  • Manage budgets allocated to construction projects.
  • Manage assets at retail stations and in B2B operations.
  • Perform technical evaluations during the approval/homologation process for service providers.
  • Interact with the commercial area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Driver's license (category B) with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience managing contracts for outsourced labor.
  • Experience working with projects of various types.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations: NR 18, NR 20, NR 35 and NBR 17505.
