Requirements
- 5+ years in transportation planning, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience in scenario modeling, cost analysis, and logistics network optimization.
- Experience in freight negotiation and contracting (inbound and outbound).
- Experience in logistics efficiency and cost-reduction projects.
- Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven management.
- Desirable: project leadership experience.
- Analytical and critical thinking: ability to interpret data and propose strategic solutions.
- Data-driven decision making: confidence to propose changes supported by technical rationale.
- Clear and assertive communication: to influence stakeholders and conduct negotiations.
- Proactivity and strategic vision: anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Resilience and adaptability: perform in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
- Leadership and influence: prepared to assume a technical reference role and future leadership.
- Analysis and visualization tools: advanced Excel, Power BI.
- Databases and programming languages: SQL, Python, or R.
- Data modeling and scenario simulation.
- Knowledge of logistics optimization methods and predictive analytics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Languages: Portuguese.
