About the role
- Identify, develop and advise large customer accounts to sell lubricants and fuels, providing technical support and differentiated service.
- Hunter profile, focused on expanding into new markets.
- Analytical profile and critical thinking.
- Strong communication skills: clarity, conciseness, empathy, active listening, appropriate language, and assertiveness.
- Time management: ability to prioritize, plan, organize, maintain focus, and be flexible.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. Postgraduate studies preferred.
- Availability to work in Sinop or Sorriso.
- Experience servicing key accounts and participating in BIDs/tenders.
- Knowledge of and experience in the agricultural sector is a plus.
- Experience in expansion projects.
- Willingness to travel.
