Act as a data Business Partner specialized in each business area, anticipating trends, monitoring the market and the business, and supporting the VP's strategic planning.
Conduct analyses using multiple data sources (internal and external), linking information and generating relevant insights;
Align with Business, Commercial, Procurement, and Marketing teams to design briefs and to capture, write, and translate the business problem to be solved and researched;
Develop structural diagnostics with short- to medium-term action plans and influence on long-term strategy;
Identify deviations and promote the definition of action plans that positively impact company results;
Promote the democratization of data and encourage its use as a tool for decision-making.
Requirements
Strong experience in data analysis and solving business problems.
Strategic thinking, clear and fluent communication, analytical and logical reasoning, autonomy and proactivity, and continuous learning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with SQL and Python is desirable.
Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in quantitative fields (Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, etc.).
Intermediate English is desirable.
