About the role
- Manage occupational risks
- Conduct benchmarking and technical consultations to implement market best practices
- Support change management processes from the occupational hygiene perspective
- Define and implement Occupational Hygiene strategies aligned with the company’s legal, technical and sustainability requirements
- Manage Risk Management Programs (PGR) and related documents (PCA, PPR, PPP, ...): drafting, reviewing and coordinating with Occupational Health and Ipiranga leaders
- Maintain the occupational risk registry together with Occupational Health, ensuring data consistency for correct reporting of S-2240 events to eSocial
- Participate in Change Management processes to assess impacts on occupational health and safety related to hygiene aspects
- Provide technical support to operations and corporate areas (People BP, Legal, Integrity): interpretation and application of technical standards, specifications, best practices and legal aspects in Occupational Safety.
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in occupational hygiene management
- Soft skills: Time management, communication skills and critical thinking
- Technical skills: Project and resource management; strong knowledge of technical and regulatory standards applicable to occupational safety
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical, production) with specialization in occupational safety. Specialization in occupational hygiene is a plus
- Languages: English (advantage)
