Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities across the Americas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong academic background in engineering, business, or comparable experience
  • Result-oriented with at least 5 years of experience and a track record in the payment industry, preferably cross-border payments
  • Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role in the Americas Region – USA, Canada, Latin America
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with professional working proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed start-up or high-growth environment is a plus
