About the role

  • You are responsible for operational and strategic purchasing for the Bergkirchen and Savvy (Switzerland) sites
  • You convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders
  • You maintain order confirmations and track delivery dates in the ERP system
  • Preliminary invoice verification, dunning procedures, e‑procurement and master data maintenance are also part of your responsibilities
  • You manage your assigned areas strategically
  • Supplier sourcing and development, as well as supplier visits and supplier audits, are among your tasks
  • You optimize, standardize and redefine purchasing processes

Requirements

  • You have a technical vocational qualification or degree (electrical engineering is an advantage)
  • You are willing to learn and enjoy further professional development
  • You are characterized by social skills, assertiveness and strong communication abilities
  • You have experience working with ERP systems and MS Office
  • You have business‑fluent English
  • Ideally, you have experience with SMT/THT technologies
  • You are familiar with PCB assembly
