About the role
- Based on your sales experience, you continuously identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through structured cold outreach
- You act proactively, consistently pursue identified opportunities, and acquire new customers through strong negotiation skills.
- You ensure customer retention and identify new sales potential — both within existing and new business areas.
- You conduct customer discussions at a high technical level without needing to be a technical expert yourself.
- You analyze customer organizational structures purposefully and communicate confidently across different hierarchy levels — from lab managers and heads of development to procurement and end users.
Requirements
- You have a completed technical degree or an equivalent vocational qualification.
- You have several years of experience selling technically complex products.
- You possess strong technical understanding as well as strategic and customer-focused thinking.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You have structured time management and strong organizational skills to manage customers and appointments efficiently.
- You have business-fluent German and English.
- You are willing to travel extensively.
