About the role
- Architect multi-agent systems capable of autonomous task planning and orchestration.
- Implement AI agents that interact with enterprise APIs and business systems.
- Develop event-driven Copilot workflows integrated with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and customize Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop custom connectors and plugins leveraging Microsoft Graph.
- Extend Copilot capabilities using Microsoft Teams apps and Power Apps.
- Develop LLM-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI Service.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
- Optimize token usage, model selection, and response grounding.
- Design semantic search solutions using vector databases and Azure Cognitive Search.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience implementing Copilot solutions across the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures.
- Strong programming skills in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks and AI workflow automation.
