About the role
- Lead the development, implementation, and expansion of community-based programming
- Center and uplift state and local partners in strategic planning
- Support the sustainability of community-rooted care ecosystems
- Cultivate deep trust-based partnerships with grassroots organizations
- Supervise one staff member in the Community Partnerships & Movement Bridging program
- Collaborate across the US team and Ipas global network
- Manage and track budgets in line with defined scope of work
- Build and nurture relationships with global sexual and reproductive health efforts
- Represent Ipas in public forums and advance U.S. Program goals
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, social sciences, gender studies, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in reproductive health, reproductive justice, public health, or closely related field, including program management
- Minimum of three years of experience supervising and supporting staff
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong track record of developing, managing, and sustaining partnerships
- Experience managing consultants, contracts, and program deliverables
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Deep understanding of reproductive justice and community-led approaches
- Fluency in Spanish
