About the role

  • Lead the development, implementation, and expansion of community-based programming
  • Center and uplift state and local partners in strategic planning
  • Support the sustainability of community-rooted care ecosystems
  • Cultivate deep trust-based partnerships with grassroots organizations
  • Supervise one staff member in the Community Partnerships & Movement Bridging program
  • Collaborate across the US team and Ipas global network
  • Manage and track budgets in line with defined scope of work
  • Build and nurture relationships with global sexual and reproductive health efforts
  • Represent Ipas in public forums and advance U.S. Program goals

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, social sciences, gender studies, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in reproductive health, reproductive justice, public health, or closely related field, including program management
  • Minimum of three years of experience supervising and supporting staff
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Strong track record of developing, managing, and sustaining partnerships
  • Experience managing consultants, contracts, and program deliverables
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Deep understanding of reproductive justice and community-led approaches
  • Fluency in Spanish
