About the role
- You will own the full SaaS sales cycle, depending on your experience, from first outreach to closing.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and research
- Convert marketing inbound leads into demos
- Run discovery calls and product demos
- Guide prospects through evaluation and trial phases
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot
- Represent IP Pilot at international conferences
- This is a true hunter role : roughly 70% prospecting & outreach / 30% pipeline management and optimization.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience managing the full sales cycle in a SaaS environment
- Strong outbound and prospecting mindset, with a strong understanding of communication
- Confidence speaking with senior industry experts
- Ability to research prospects and run empathetic, proactive conversations
- Experience using CRM tools
- A “there is always a solution”-mindset
- Fluent English (C2)
- BIG PLUS: C2 language level in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese.
