About the role

  • You will own the full SaaS sales cycle, depending on your experience, from first outreach to closing.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and research
  • Convert marketing inbound leads into demos
  • Run discovery calls and product demos
  • Guide prospects through evaluation and trial phases
  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot
  • Represent IP Pilot at international conferences
  • This is a true hunter role : roughly 70% prospecting & outreach / 30% pipeline management and optimization.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle in a SaaS environment
  • Strong outbound and prospecting mindset, with a strong understanding of communication
  • Confidence speaking with senior industry experts
  • Ability to research prospects and run empathetic, proactive conversations
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • A “there is always a solution”-mindset
  • Fluent English (C2)
  • BIG PLUS: C2 language level in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese.
