• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy and partner program designed to drive growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
• Participate in the creation and refinement of the marketing strategy that supports channel initiatives and partner recruitment
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities for new partnerships, including assessing market gaps and areas with strong growth potential
• Build and manage partner onboarding, training, and contracting processes to ensure a smooth and productive ramp-up

Channel Partner Manager

Executive Assistant

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a gatekeeper for emails and calendars, ensuring effective time management.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of executive meetings and events.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive team.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation in the CRM system, ConnectWise, across all locations.
• Monitor sales activities and follow up with the sales team to ensure updates and proper documentation.
• Pull and analyze sales reports from ConnectWise to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with sales teams to request updates and corrections in ConnectWise.

Solutions Engineer

• Develop solutions to solve highly complex technical and business issues
• Maintain a high level of proficiency and knowledge in data center technology product
• Participate in project planning and preparation
• Assist with knowledge transfer to the field engineering organization
• Participate in strategic meetings with senior leaders both internally and with customers
