Key responsibilities & impact

Rapidly prototype, build, and deploy AI-powered micro-applications using React and Node.js/Python.
Take rough prototypes and proof-of-concepts and convert them into production ready tools.
Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
Build reusable components and patterns so each subsequent application ships faster than the last.
Maintain clean, documented code and follow standardized build-test-deploy methodology.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of professional experience building and deploying web applications with React and Python.
Demonstrated ability to ship complete, user-facing applications end to end.
Fluency with AI-assisted development tools as a daily part of your engineering workflow.
Comfort working with APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.
Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
