About the role
- This is a new, temporary role at IOSH.
- The Head of Membership Growth will be working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, to lead the membership input in scoping, developing and delivering market-leading membership value propositions for current and future members and OSH professionals globally.
- You will provide strategic insight and leadership to enhance the overall member experience for the full life-cycle of an OSH professional’s career, ensuring delivery of high-quality, data-informed & digitally enabled products and services to a range of markets.
- This role will be central to growing and strengthening our global membership community for the future, and align current and future delivery to aspiration 2 in IOSH’s aspirations and vision for the future.
Requirements
- Understanding of working in a global organisation and of cultural differences and working practices
- Demonstratable experience of developing and delivering engagement and services to a global stakeholder base.
- Successful experience in the development and delivery of major projects.
- Strong leadership skills to be able to lead and inspire stakeholders and drive collaboration
- Experience in analysing markets, developing customer value propositions and developing products and services for these markets.
